Please feel free to sell products with the finished artwork as well as artwork in machine embroidery format. Upon using our artwork and or freebies it is required that you give us credit with a link to HOBDesigns-N-More

* Do not use a spider, web crawler, or other similar automated tools to download content.
* Do not sell, lend, give away or share (in part or in whole) our original clipart.
* Do not change our clipart to make new art or designs (if you would like to make changes please contract me customerservice@hobdesigns-n-more.com
Only the original purchaser (I.e. the person or business named on the receipt) has the right to use the purchased clipart.
You may not purchase clipart from me, and then sell the digitized design to another website for their own resale (if they wish to sell designs using our clipart, they must purchase their own clipart from us).
* Mall digitizers are welcome to purchase our clipart for commercial use and resale of designs as long as they are the original purchaser of the clipart and they retain exclusive access to the copyright of the embroidery designs.
